Who are we?
2by2Software is run by Matthew Hallbrook.Matthew Hallbrook is a 29 year old freelance software developer based in Sheffield.
I specialise in web and windows based software and database design but have skills and resources in all areas including graphic design and hardware infrastructure. I am an experienced systems analyst, with clients nationwide, but am equally happy working on-site from time to time if needs be.
